Court Appointed Receiver of Paramount Precision Products, Inc. a Tier I/II approved supplier which manufactured products and driveline components, such as axle and chassis components.  The company also provided energy components for the natural gas industry and components for the wind power industry along with parts for the United States military.  Paramount had manufacturing locations in Southeast Michigan and Indiana.  Managed operations and customer relations with the likes of American Axle and Ford while pursuing and successfully closing on a sale of operations on an ongoing basis.

VPH Pharmacy, Inc.

Chief Restructuring Officer (Chapter 11) of a closed door pharmacy that provides medications and consulting services to approximately 60 different assisted living centers, children's foster care facilities, adult foster care facilities, retirement communities and long term care facilities with approximately 1500 patients that rely on the timely delivery of their medications.  Managed the operations of the company while pursuing a sale of the ongoing operations.

Olga’s Kitchen, Inc.

Chief Restructuring Officer (Chapter 11) of 27 restaurant locations in 3 states. Fulfilled duties of Chief Executive Officer and sole member of the Debtor’s Board of Directors providing full financial oversight and supporting services related to the sale of operations.

Plastic Systems, LLC

Court Appointed Receiver of full-service custom injection molding supplier with manufacturing plants in El Paso, Texas and Romeo, Michigan that served the automotive, consumer products and industrial markets with 250+ employees. Managed operations during wind down.

Woodard Lofts

Court Appointed Receiver of 87 unit mixed use development in Owosso, Michigan. Managed day to day operations of both commercial and residential tenants and completed development of historic property through sale.

Valiant Industries

Trust Mortgage wind down of a mid-sized power transmission equipment manufacturer in Sterling Heights, Michigan with 50+ employees. Maintained operations during wind down and liquidation.

Paramount Precision Products, Inc.

Court Appointed Receiver of automotive machining, and general manufacturing solutions with 48 employees at manufacturing locations in Southeastern Michigan and Indiana.

Contech US, LLC

Trustee of tier 1 and subsidiary tier 2 automotive parts suppliers with 9 plants and nearly 1,000 employees whose major customers included Delphi, Ford, BMW and Linamar with primary manufacturing operations included light metals die casting and machining and the manufacturing of tubing, forging and protective paint coatings.

Munivest Financial Services

Trustee of ponzi scheme where the former owner falsely promised investor clients — including various municipalities, credit unions, labor unions, and a school district — that he would invest their funds in low-risk certificates of deposit (CDs). Former owner ultimately pled to five counts of bank and wire fraud. Recovery for victims of the fraud totaled nearly $6,000,000.
